I wonder what stands for. Sinced it's freeze branded on her hips, it could mean "Speed" or "Agility".

I think if it would mean speed, then there would be only one arrow, or all arrwos would point at one direction.
I think it's abaut life: comes from one place, and it has different directions (the arrows show it).
Directions can mean the dimensions (if there are more then one), or can mean that everybody has different life.
But then why it is on her hip?

Perhaps it's because she had to travel in my directions in her life since is the lone surviving Cerinian. And when you travel, one way is to walk.
